What type of payments do you take?
What do I do if I am missing an item from my order?
Do not panic! We are always here to help if you are missing any items from your order. If you are unable to locate the missing item, please email us at support@dv8tiondesigns.com and we will get that taken care of for you!Â
What is your return policy for non-customized items?
We stand behind our products! If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) received, please submit a support request through our contact form. Please include the reason for return and images if available. The cost of return shipping will have to be incurred by the buyer, unless the items arrived damaged or defective to the customer. Please put a note inside the box stating "Return For Refund" and the Order Number. Once the item(s) are received, we will inspect them and initiate the refund accordingly. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to fully process.
What is the return policy for customized items?
Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or there was an error in customization. All designs will require final design approval by the customer prior to items being made.
